Team Natural lifetime member shirt

If I go shopping etc I take a Team Natural lifetime member shirt. And the article isn’t about me it’s about a new type of plastic bag that dissolves in water. Which I simply pointed out wouldn’t be any good in any country where it rains. Jan Wincote paper bags also dissolve. I dont think this bag dissolves that fast that it will be a major problem during rainy days. Myself, I use bags made from scrap cloth I made myself, or buy them. Not native in English but I think they are called Tote bags?
