Get the Insight Timer app and Just trying to get some ranch shirt. I always drift off-it gets you breathing and doing stuff that keeps your mind busy on you, not your random restless thoughts. The soft blue light is very soothing in a dark quiet bedroom The rhythm of softly fading off and on slowly lulls me off to sleep in about 8 minutes, max.. works great for me. It nit about the light. Its about the breathing. The light is just used as a prompt to breathe in for 3 or 4 seconds and inhale.or exhale.
