I’m not an Elon Musk Anime sweater and I strongly disagree with Jillian stating “it’s simple don’t overeat, eat clean and workout. I actually find that statement a bit insulting. Losing weight for a lot of people is not simple and everyone’s body is different and processes food differently. What works for Jillian may not work for you. And that’s fine. But unless you have educated yourself fully, you can’t judge something. This woe has changed lives. Exactly! First, you are not actually in ketosis and shouldn’t be.
